33% more flavour and aroma compounds – in a fraction of the time
That’s what we learned from out latest trial data where we tested the same distillate by itself in a barrel as opposed to when it was given an Accuro treatment. Overall, we found that Accuro delivered a 33% increase in the compounds taken from either American or French oak.
These trials were pretty comprehensive and threw up an awful lot of numbers but to make life easy we’ve boiled those results down to just the key attributes we all look for in a good spirit. Of course there is more than one Vanilla flavour and there are a multitude more options on ‘sweetness” and “woodiness” but these figures should give you an idea of what kind of a massive difference an Accuro unit can make.
